Εαν κατά την καταχώρηση ticket παρουσιαστεί κάποιο πρόβλημα, παρακαλώ ακουλουθήστε τα παρακάτω βήματα:

Firefox

1. Open the Firefox Options menu.
2. On the left, select Privacy & Security.
3. Under Cookies and Site Data click on Manage Exceptions.
   1. Copy and paste "https://www.odoogeek.gr/" and click Allow.
   2. Then copy and paste "www.odoo.gr" and click Allow.
4. Next, click on Save Changes.
5. Click Manage Data..
6. Search for odoogeek and select Remove All Shown..
7. Click Save Changes and confirm in the pop-up window by clicking Remove.
8. Reload Firefox and submit your ticket.

Chrome

1. Open Chrome Settings.
2. In the Privacy and security section, click Cookies and other site data..
3. Scroll down to Sites that can always use cookies and clickAdd..
   1. Copy and paste "https://www.odoogeek.gr/" and click Add.
   2. Then copy and paste "www.odoo.gr" and click Add.
4. ClickSee all cookies and site data, search for Odoogeek, and delete all Odoogeek-related entries.
5. Reload Chrome and submit your ticket.

Safari

1. Open Safari Preferences from the drop-down menu in the navigation bar or by typing Cmd + , (⌘,).
2. Click the Privacy tab and make sure that "Cookies and website data" is not set to "Block all cookies".
3. Click onManage Website Datato see all locally stored website data.
4. Search for “Odoogeek” and remove all Odoogeek-related entries.
5. Reload Safari and submit your ticket.
